if I end up this sweaty during the coldest evening in weeks, I must be doing something right, right? it’s been over a month since I started riding my bike and doing back strengthening exercises every day- so far so good, keeps me occupied, I got to see a lot of places I used to go to with my parents as a kid, my endurance is already improving, I’ve also had barely any migraines lately(very rare for me), I feel like cycling everywhere, having to use any other type of transportation sucks.
